The function html_inline() appends an HTML line break at each new line in the input text. However, this function is not used correctly when writing the prologue of the test report. Instead, it is used as an argument of the tee. This has the effect of creating a spurious file with the name of the functionl; html_inline() is never called. Also, the prologue text in the HTML report is displayed in a single line. Fix the aforementioned situatin by piping the output of tee to html_online().
